Quality & Claims Coordinator

 Bournes is part of a wider global network offering a range of removal services worldwide and we are looking for a forward thinking and driven person, to fill our dual vacancy of Quality & Claims Coordinator.   

The role is exceedingly important in our well established service orientated business.  You will need to possess a positive and resilient attitude while being confident and assertive in the delivery of your work.  The position and the company are growing fast so you have to demonstrate that you’re adaptable to a changing environment while equally having the ability to influence others in the process.  In addition, with changing requirements of Quality Standards, there will be continual changes to our processes and procedures that will need full and constant review, implementation, communication and evaluation.

This position requires constant liaison with the management of the company including prioritising activities and making recommendations for implementation.  Applicants therefore need to be pro-active and have the ability to approach issues with all-round business awareness.

Part of this role encompasses the delivery of internal customer services training.  Candidates, should be aware that we will test effective delivery as part of the interview process requiring a short training session.  Details of which will be enclosed with invitations to interview.
