We can arrange for one of our UK Move Consultants to visit your home prior to your move to carry out a full survey of your property and discuss your personal specific moving requirements. Alternatively if you would prefer, or if you only have a small amount to be moved we can send you a self survey form to complete and return to assess your own volume to be moved. The survey allows us to accurately determine your move requirements. We gather information on the volume of belongings requiring moving, items requiring special care or dismantling, access at both properties, the packing or additional services you require etc. This information allows us to provide a comprehensive and an accurate removals quote and move plan. The visit also provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have regarding your move and for us to address your concerns - but don't worry, if there is anything you forget to ask your dedicated move manager is happy to answer any questions at any stage. If your requirements change from the initial service specification please let us know as soon as possible. Practice makes perfect, but so does planning. From your move specification obtained at your pre-move survey every extra detail is planned to ensure your move runs smoothly - and most importantly, remains stress free for you.
